Purchasing Foundations: For their firms, purchasing departments maximise savings and generate value. - Evaluate Performance: Participants will be able to evaluate the performance of their purchasing function, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the procurement process.
